No Refunds Policy

At Birdies & Bluffs, we are committed to providing exceptional Poker and Golf Events for Charity. To ensure the smooth operation of our events and to support our charitable causes, we have implemented the following refund policy:

No Refunds Except as Specified Below

All ticket sales for our events are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, except as outlined in this policy.

Refund Eligibility (14-Day Window)

Refunds will only be considered for pre-purchased tickets if the refund request is made at least 14 days prior to the event start date. Refund requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible timeframe, please contact us at register@birdiesandbluffs.com with the following information:

Your full name

Order confirmation number

Event name and date

Reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

No Exceptions

Outside of the 14-day refund window, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

Inability to attend the event

Changes in personal circumstances

Weather-related issues (unless the event is canceled by Birdies & Bluffs)

Partial attendance or early departure from the event

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that Birdies & Bluffs cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

Charitable Contributions

Please note that a portion of your ticket purchase directly supports our charitable initiatives. By purchasing a ticket, you are contributing to a meaningful cause, and we appreciate your understanding of our no-refunds policy.
